Each pupil's family pays GHS 40 a year for that pupil's own portal access to current results, lessons, quizzes and assignments. Results from previous academic years stay free to view. Your school tells families about the charge directly. Nothing else is charged to them through us.

Who is Sajama Campus built for?
Schools. Your school is our client. We give your school the platform, and your school brings teachers, students, and parents on board.
Do you collect our school fees?
No. Your school charges and collects its own fees directly from parents, as it does today. Sajama Campus never touches school fees. The only payments on this platform are platform charges: the school subscription, the one time teacher charge, and student platform access.
What do families pay for?
Each pupil's family pays GHS 40 per academic year for that pupil's own access to current results, lessons, quizzes, and assignments. Results from previous academic years stay viewable without payment. Each child is unlocked separately, so an unpaid sibling never blocks a paid child. Your school informs families about the charge directly.
Can the head check what teachers teach?
Yes. Heads read teachers' lessons, leave private comments, and click Verify. Pupils and parents then see a Verified by school badge. If a teacher changes a lesson, the badge is removed until the head verifies the new version.
Is the teacher charge yearly?
No. Each teacher is a one time payment, made once when the teacher is added. Teacher accounts stay active while your school subscription is active, so you never pay per teacher twice.
What happens if our subscription expires?
Every school starts with a 14 day free trial. If a subscription lapses, portals pause until you renew, and your records stay safe. Renewing reactivates everything for staff, students, and parents.
How do payments work?
All platform payments run through Paystack, which supports cards, bank transfer, and mobile money. Your school pays its subscription in the admin portal, and students pay for access in the student portal.
Can parents follow more than one child?
Yes. One parent account can be linked to multiple children in the same school, so families with several wards only sign in once.
